Our Returns Policy!
- We are happy to return or exchange any item (including sale) within 14 days from the date of arrival.
- Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
- Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Socks can be returned if the packing has not been opened.
- Refunds are only made using the original payment method provided.
- A refund can take 5-6 working days.
- When a item is returned, you must send a note with the reason for your return.
- Returns must have your order number attached.
- Returns are paid by the customer.
- Refunds are issued for your items not your original postage.
- Returns should be sent TRACKED.
