We deliver our items daily from Monday to Friday, our items are dispatched from our warehouse.  If you place an order on Friday after 1pm  it will be dispatched on Monday, you will receive your shipment confirmation on the Monday.  Orders placed and payment cleared by 1pm will be shipped the same working day from Monday to Friday.

 Christmas Last Order Dates

No Orders will be posted after 23rd December, we will be back to post your orders on Monday 30th December 2024.  There will be no post going out on Tuesday 31st and Wednesday 1st January 2025. 

Overseas International Orders

Depending on the size and weight of the parcel we will send via Royal Mail International Tracked, DHL courier or UPS courier services.  All parcels will be fully tracked.  Any shipments into the EU will be with an IOSS number, so you do not have to pay any import duties or taxes.

Our Returns Policy!

• We are happy to return or exchange any item (including sale) within 14 days from the date of arrival.
• Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached.
• Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Socks can be returned if the packing has not been opened.
• Refunds are only made using the original payment method provided.
• A refund can take 5-6 working days.
• When a item is returned, you must send a note with the reason for your return.
• Returns must have your order number attached.
• Returns are paid by the customer. 
• Refunds are issued for your items not your original postage. 
• Returns should be sent TRACKED.
